Terms of Service
Version 1 for approval | Prepared 12 October 2026
These Terms explain how you may use Such Much Community at suchmuch.community and its authorised community subdomains, including AI-assisted networking, meeting invitations and participant messaging. They cover both individually paid access and access funded by an event organiser.
1 Who provides the service
The service is provided by UAB Such Much AI, a Lithuanian private limited company, company code 306405204, VAT number LT100017966319, registered address Bukčiū g. 6-38, Vilnius, LT-04127, Lithuania. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company.
Contact us about accounts, billing, safety or these Terms at info@suchmuchai.com, or by post at our registered address. Such Much Community is the platform; Vilnius Founders, LCCUK and other named communities or event organisers are not automatically the supplier of the platform service.
2 Your account and agreement
You must be at least 18 and use an email address you control. Give accurate account information, keep sign-in links secure and tell us if someone else gains access. Do not impersonate another person, share your account or claim a professional role you do not hold. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to do so.
You accept these Terms through the acceptance step when signing up or purchasing access. We make the Terms available for saving and provide paid-contract confirmation by email. An organiser uploading your details does not mean that you have accepted these Terms, created a verified account, consented to marketing or authorised payment.
A consumer is an individual acting mainly outside their trade, business or profession. A professional networking context does not by itself remove consumer rights. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains data use; accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to processing.
3 What the service does
The service helps eligible participants identify people to meet, using profiles, stated goals and complementary needs. An AI concierge may help you prepare your profile and meeting notes. Recommendations depend on the available participant pool and profile information. A clearly labelled Surprise match may introduce someone outside your usual interests; it is not a claim of strong compatibility.
You choose whether to send, accept or decline an invitation. Direct messaging opens only after an invitation is accepted. Participants agree any meeting time and place themselves. We do not guarantee a particular number or quality of matches, replies, meetings, funding, sales or business outcomes. This does not reduce our obligation to provide the service as described.
We do not conduct background checks or verify every profile claim. Email verification is not verification of identity, investment capacity or professional qualifications. Assess contacts and meeting arrangements yourself. The platform is not an emergency service, recruitment decision system, investment adviser or event-ticket seller unless expressly stated.
4 Communities and imported participant profiles
Access and discoverability are limited to the community, event or expressly identified group of linked events shown to you. Joining one community does not automatically make your profile available to unrelated communities. An event organiser controls its event admission and may provide attendance information through Luma or an agreed upload.
For the organiser-funded LT–UK Business Forum 2026, LCCUK and Such Much AI may upload professional participant information before participants sign up. Under that event arrangement, uploaded profiles become discoverable immediately within the authorised matchmaking audience, and may receive pending invitations. This is subject to an appropriate lawful basis and the privacy notice being provided no later than first disclosure, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
You must verify the relevant email and sign up before managing an imported profile or accepting or declining invitations. Invitations are never accepted automatically. You can request removal of an imported profile before signing up by emailing info@suchmuchai.com. After signing up, you may delete your account yourself or contact us. You do not have to buy access or create an account to ask us to remove your information.
5 Paid and organiser funded access
For individual purchases, the offer and checkout identify the covered community, included features, total price, currency, billing interval, renewal terms and any time limit before you commit. Consumer prices include applicable VAT and mandatory charges. We do not add an undisclosed charge. A subscription covers the stated community and its included events, not every future organisation on the platform.
Recurring plans renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled. The first payment is due when you subscribe and later payments on the billing dates shown in your confirmation or billing account. Stripe processes payments. By placing a paid order, you authorise the disclosed recurring payments; no additional paid plan is added without your agreement.
You can stop renewal through the account billing controls or by emailing us before the next renewal is due. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, unless you exercise a statutory right to end earlier. We confirm cancellation. Signing out, not using the service or leaving an event is not cancellation. If a payment fails, we notify you and may pause paid features until payment is resolved, without extending your paid period automatically.
LT–UK Business Forum participants whose eligibility is pre-uploaded by LCCUK and Such Much AI pay nothing extra for the agreed Forum matchmaking. The participant payment wall, plan purchase and card-entry steps do not apply. Sponsored access lasts for the announced event access period, including three months after the Forum. It does not become a paid subscription automatically. Any later paid access requires a separate, clearly accepted purchase.
Event tickets and organiser services are separate from the app service. An event cancellation does not, by itself, cancel a continuing community subscription. Your remedies remain available if an event-specific matchmaking service is not supplied as promised. An organiser agreement cannot impose an undisclosed charge on a participant.
6 Consumer withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer concluding an eligible distance contract, you normally have 14 days from conclusion of that contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Any statutory extension applies if required information was not supplied. An ordinary renewal of an unchanged continuing subscription does not by itself create a new withdrawal period, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
During the applicable period, use the clearly labelled online “Withdraw from contract” function, email info@suchmuchai.com, or send an unequivocal withdrawal statement by post. The optional form at the end of these Terms can be used, but is not required. Send your notice before the deadline. The online function provides an electronic acknowledgement recording receipt; withdrawal is distinct from stopping a future renewal.
If you expressly ask us to begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, and we give the legally required information, we may charge only the lawful proportion for service actually supplied before your withdrawal. If these conditions are not met, we will not make that deduction. Starting onboarding or receiving a match does not automatically waive the withdrawal right for a continuing networking subscription.
We repay amounts due after withdrawal without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. There is no discretionary refund for unused time after statutory rights have expired unless we agree otherwise. This never excludes refunds or other remedies required for non-supply, defects, unlawful changes or other mandatory reasons.
7 Service quality and changes
You need an internet connection, access to your email and a current supported mobile or desktop browser. Any material compatibility restrictions or plan limits must be disclosed before purchase. We provide the functionality and necessary security updates required by the contract and applicable law. The service is not promised to be uninterrupted, but we take reasonable care to maintain it and address faults.
If the service does not conform to the contract, contact us. Where consumer law applies, you may require it to be brought into conformity without charge and within a reasonable time, and may be entitled to a price reduction or termination and refund where the legal conditions are met. Calling a release an MVP, pilot or beta does not remove these rights.
We may make reasonable service changes, without an additional charge, for security, legal compliance, compatibility or service improvements. We will not arbitrarily remove paid core functionality. If a qualifying digital-service change adversely affects a consumer’s access or use beyond a minor extent, we explain the change and termination right in advance in a durable form. You may terminate free of charge within 30 days after receiving that information or the change taking effect, whichever is later, unless the law permits us to offer continued conforming use without that change instead. Necessary urgent security or legal measures may take effect sooner, without removing mandatory remedies.
8 AI assistance and participant content
The concierge is an AI system, not a human. AI suggestions can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review profile summaries and invitation drafts before using them. Do not rely on recommendations as financial, legal or other professional advice, and do not enter confidential business secrets, payment-card data or sensitive personal information into AI conversations.
The concierge does not read private participant-to-participant chats. If you deliberately paste information into the concierge, it becomes part of that AI interaction. We do not use private messages or profiles to train general-purpose AI models, or permit our AI providers to do so. The Privacy Policy explains AI inputs, recipients and retention.
You retain rights in content you provide. You give us a non-exclusive permission to host, process, format and display it only as necessary to operate, secure and support the service within the relevant audience and retention period. This is not permission to sell your profile or use it in public advertising.
You must have the right to share content and must respect other participants’ privacy and intellectual property.
We and our licensors retain rights in the software, design and platform materials. We grant you a personal, limited right to use the service during authorised access. Do not copy, resell, scrape or attempt to defeat its security, except to the extent a mandatory legal right permits an activity.
9 Safe use and reporting
Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against, deceive or impersonate others; upload unlawful content; send unsolicited bulk promotions; exploit someone’s personal information; or collect profiles for unrelated marketing or resale. Do not share another participant’s private messages publicly without a lawful reason. Respect declines and blocks.
Use the available report or block controls, or email info@suchmuchai.com. For suspected illegal content, identify the profile, message or other location, explain why it is unlawful, and provide contact details and a good-faith statement where legally required. We assess reports proportionately, using human review for decisions requiring context, and may use technical anti-abuse safeguards. We do not routinely read all private conversations.
We may restrict content, invitations or accounts where reasonably necessary for a breach, credible safety concern, fraud or legal obligation. Where lawful and safe, we explain the main reason, relevant rule and available review route, and allow correction of a remediable breach. Urgent action may precede notice. You may challenge a decision by email; applicable statutory complaint and redress rights remain available.
10 Leaving the service
You may close your account through the account deletion option or by contacting us. Closing the whole account also stops future platform subscription renewals associated with it; cancellation confirmation will identify any remaining paid access. Leaving one community does not close memberships in others. You can request that a profile cease to be discoverable without signing up or buying anything.
Deletion removes profile visibility promptly and triggers the Privacy Policy retention process. Some information may remain temporarily for legal obligations, disputes or restricted backups. A recipient may have an independent copy of information you already sent. We do not promise to erase copies outside our control, but we address data-subject requests and notify relevant recipients where required.
We may end the service on reasonable notice, normally at least 30 days, or sooner where required for a serious breach, law or an urgent security risk. If we discontinue paid access other than because of your material breach, we refund the unused prepaid period. Any further mandatory remedy remains available. Where legally required, we provide a reasonable opportunity to retrieve your content before access ends.
11 Responsibility and liability
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct. Participants and event organisers, not the platform, make their own meeting, event and business commitments. We remain responsible for breaches of our own obligations; statements about third parties do not excuse our negligence or statutory duties.
For business users only, and to the extent permitted by law, our aggregate contractual liability for the affected service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of EUR 100 and the fees paid to us by that user for that service in that period. We exclude business loss of profit and indirect loss to the extent lawfully excludable. A separate signed organiser agreement may set different business liability terms.
These limitations do not apply to consumers or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, non-material damage where protected by law, or mandatory data-protection rights and compensation. Nothing excludes any non-excludable digital-service or consumer remedy.
12 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for a change in law, service functionality, security, billing arrangements or operating requirements. We notify account holders of material changes in a durable form at least 30 days before they apply, unless a shorter period is legally necessary. Price changes apply only prospectively, after clear advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before the higher charge.
Changes do not rewrite completed purchases or remove accrued rights. If you do not accept a material adverse change, you may stop using the service and end the affected contract before it takes effect, with any refund required by law. Where fresh agreement is required, continued browsing alone is not acceptance.
13 Law and complaints
Lithuanian law governs these Terms. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protection under the law applicable in your country of habitual residence or your right to bring proceedings in a court available under mandatory jurisdiction rules. For business users, disputes fall to the competent Lithuanian courts, subject to any separate signed agreement.
Please send a complaint and the remedy requested to info@suchmuchai.com. We provide a reasoned response to consumer complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt, unless a different mandatory period applies. You do not lose rights by making a complaint.
If an eligible consumer dispute remains unresolved, you may approach Lithuania’s State Consumer Rights Protection Authority, A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, tarnyba@vvtat.lt, vvtat.lrv.lt, including through vtis.lt, or another competent dispute-resolution body. Court remedies remain available. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only so far as they can lawfully do so without altering mandatory rights.
